This is an action under Section 205 (g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S. C.A. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. A decision by a hearing examiner on November 14, 1969, awarded plaintiff a period of disability and disability insurance benefits, but this decision was reversed by the Appeals Council on February 26, 1970, which is the final decision of the Secretary.
