In this declaratory judgment action the trial judge decided that a public liability insurance policy had been effectively cancelled by the insurer prior to the occurrence of an accident that resulted in assertion of liability against the insured. The cancellation upon which the insurer relies was allegedly effected by a mailed notice to the insured. The insured asserts that the insurer failed to adequately prove the mailing of the cancellation notice...
