A suit alleging breach of an employment contract was brought by C.B. Williams against Queen Fisheries, Inc. and its majority stockholder and president, E.H. Bendiksen. Queen denied liability and asked for the return of a $20,000 salary paid by them to Williams in 1966. They sought, as well, to require Williams to account to Queen for monies received by Williams and another employee, Frank Schucka, from their operation of a business known as Alaska Barge...
