Defendants Harold Stone and Stone, Ackerman and Co., Inc., joined by defendant Stuart Ackerman, move pursuant to the Sixth Amendment of the United States Constitution and Fed.R.Crim. P. 48(b) for an order dismissing the within indictment upon the grounds that they have been denied their constitutional right to a speedy trial and that there has been unnecessary delay by the Government in bringing them to trial.
