This is a proceeding for guardianship instituted by the Bureau of Children's Services (Bureau) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 30:4C-15(c). Defendants, parents of the child, appeal from a judgment of commitment, dated May 2, 1969. This judgment committed the child to the guardianship of the Bureau, terminated the parental rights between the child and defendants for all purposes, and gave the right to the Bureau...
