PER CURIAM.

On August 31, 1967, defendant Collins was convicted of possession of a motor vehicle known to be stolen, MCLA § 257.254 (Stat Ann 1968 Rev § 9.1954), by the Honorable Charles Kaufman, Wayne County Circuit judge, then sitting in the Recorder's Court for the City of Detroit.** Defendant was placed on probation by Judge Kaufman for a term of five years.
