Defendant was charged in count I with discharging a firearm at a vehicle in violation of section 23110, subdivision (b), of the Vehicle Code, and in each of counts II, III and IV with assault with a deadly weapon in violation of section 245 of the Penal Code.

After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty on all counts, probation was denied and he was sentenced...
