Defendants have moved to set aside the verdict and judgment rendered in favor of Mary Lou Pruett, the widow of Paul Edward Pruett, for seven reasons. Defendant James Albert Dean has also moved that the verdict of $10,000.00 punitive damages awarded solely against him be set aside since there is, as a matter of law, no evidence to support that verdict.
