This is an appeal by the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock from an adverse decision of the Pulaski County Circuit Court in favor of the appellee contractor, Forcum-Lannom, Inc. The appellee contractor sued the Housing Authority for delay damages in the amount of $279,708.81, allegedly caused by the Housing Authority's breach of contractual duties in the preparation of work area ahead of work to be performed by the appellee.
