This suit is the result of an automobile collision which occurred on December 30, 1966, at the intersection of Veterans Memorial Highway and Focis Street in the Parish of Jefferson. Judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs Mary Gengo, wife of/and Everard W. Marks, Jr., against defendants John C.
