This is a petition for review from an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy in arrangement proceedings under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act. The Referee ordered the distribution of monies realized from the sale of the Bret Harte Inn which was the principal asset of the debtors. The petitioners for review are L. E.
