JONES, Justice.

Appellant Allen sued appellees in the Circuit Court of Marshall County for false arrest, malicious prosecution, abuse of process, etc. The jury rendered a verdict of $6,000 against the appellee, Ritter. The other two defendants made a motion to exclude the evidence as to them and to direct a verdict in their favor. The motion was sustained. Motions for a new trial were filed and also a motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict. The lower court...
