In this action Emily Poore, owner of Lot 3, Block 4, Linden Hill, an addition in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, her husband Fred Poore Johnson County National Bank and Trust Company, mortgagee, and Milton F. Barlow, trustee in the deed of trust, as plaintiffs, sought a declaratory judgment invalidating numerous materialmen's liens, which had been filed against the property.
