Plaintiffs, Earl Malchow and Bernice Malchow, brought this action in the Circuit Court of Peoria County against Ernest Tiarks and Enid Tiarks, Defendants, seeking the reformation of two deeds or in the alternative, a conveyance of certain property by the defendants.
