The First National Bank & Trust Company in Macon, as executor and trustee of the estate of Rufus Loyd Davidson, petitioned the Superior Court of Bibb County for direction in connection with the trust set up by the will. Mrs. Dorothy R. Davidson, widow of the testator, appeals from the order construing the will.
