PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than the crime of murder. CL 1948, § 750.84 (Stat Ann 1962 Rev § 28.279). He was sentenced to 2-1/2 to 10 years imprisonment and brings this appeal as of right.
