Murphy, administratrix ad prosequendum of the estate of Francis George Murphy, against defendants National Bulk Carriers, Inc. (National Bulk), shipowner, Pittman Manufacturing Company, H. G. Porter Company, Inc., and M-W Equipment Company. Decedent's employer, Sun Shipbuilding & Drydock Company, has been joined as third-party defendant...
