This is an appeal from a judgment and order granting a peremptory writ of prohibition against the school district, school board and superintendent of schools of School District No. 10 of Deer Lodge County, Montana. School District No. 10 operated the Anaconda High School in the city of Anaconda, Montana, a public high school supported entirely by public finds.

There is a Roman Catholic parochial high school known as Anaconda Central High School...
