The Secretary of Labor brought this non-jury action to enjoin Hasam Realty Corp., a Delaware corporation, and Irving Cowan, an individual, from violating the provisions of Section 15(a) (2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 215(a) (2), hereinafter referred to as the Act, to restrain the defendants from withholding payment of minimum wages and overtime compensation due defendants...
