This is an action brought by an employer and its insurer to set aside an award of the Department of Labor Deputy Commissioner pursuant to the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. § 901 et seq. Any contention that the Commissioner's determinations relating to the injury and degree of disability are unsupported by substantial evidence on the record as a whole has apparently been abandoned...
