Defendant James Herron was charged with murder. After a jury trial he was found guilty and sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of twenty to thirty years. Defendant appeals, contending that he was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and also that the trial court erred in excluding certain evidence. The facts are as follows.
