Reacting to an unfavorable appeal from a conviction for murder, Petitioner asks this court for a Writ of Habeas Corpus.
Petitioner's difficulties arise out of an altercation which took place on August 25, 1965. The factual circumstances of the occurrence and the differences in the witnesses' testimony are fully discussed by the Supreme Court of South Carolina in State v. Norris,
