On July 1, 1969 plaintiff filed this action against defendant seeking judgment in the sum of Five Thousand U.S. Dollars plus interest and costs, upon a general allegation that she became entitled thereto in accordance with a contract of life insurance that was attached to the complaint as an exhibit.
