OPINION

MASSEY, Chief Justice.

Plaintiffs, Geneva Dalton and sister, were guests in the automobile driven by defendant Billy Joe Sparks. At night, in a rural area, defendant drove his automobile rather rapidly in an approach upon an intersection where it was necessary that the automobile be turned or stopped if there would be avoidance of collision. That was true because the intersection in question was in the form of a "T", the top of which was approached...
