This action comes before the court pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. The decision holds that Emma Jones is not entitled to widow's insurance benefits as a surviving divorced wife under section 202(e) (1) of the Social Security Act.
