The plaintiff, Mary C. Buchanan, brings this action to secure social security disability payments pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). She alleges that she became disabled in January 1968 because of bladder trouble, heart trouble and other health problems. On February 27, 1970 the Appeals Council of the Social Security Administration affirmed the hearing examiner's decision...
