This is a suit on a promissory note payable to the State National Bank of El Paso and executed by Candy Lane, Margaret Van Kleef, John Shamaley and Louis Rubin, in that order. Lane and Van Kleef were the operators of a beauty shop business called "Headhunters, Inc." and signed the note and a security agreement in the capacity stated as "dba Headhunters, Inc."
