This action is brought by 11 named plaintiffs who seek a declaratory judgment that the noncompetition clauses in their contracts with defendant are invalid. Defendant has interposed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that plaintiffs' complaint fails to reveal the existence of a "case or controversy" within the meaning of Article III of the U.S. Constitution.
