Van Slyke, recovered the sum of $25,000.00 interpleaded into the registry of the court by appellee Southwest Title Company. Appellee Southwest Title was awarded a reasonable attorney's fee in the amount of $1,850.00, which was ordered paid from the interpleaded funds...
