PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury and sentenced for armed robbery, MCLA § 750.529 (Stat Ann 1969 Cum Supp § 28.797). On appeal, defendant contends that the police lineup procedure was so unfair that it violated his right to due process under US Const, Am 14.
