This appeal by the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company questions the validity of a judgment rendered against it by the Saline County Circuit Court, on a jury verdict, in favor of the plaintiff appellee, Ligon Specialized Haulers, Inc., for damages to a flat-bed trailer in the amount of $4,603.57.
