HYDER, Judge.

Nobbie Carr appeals his convictions for robbery by the use of a deadly weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon. He was sentenced to twenty years in the penitentiary for the robbery conviction, and to six months in jail and a fifty dollar fine for carrying a weapon.
