Appellant brought this negligence suit in the District Court to recover damages for a jaw bone fracture suffered during the extraction of a wisdom tooth. The matter went to trial before a jury, but at the close of appellant's case the judge directed a verdict for appellee, the dentist who had extracted the tooth.
