On March 21, 1968, the defendant was indicted for receiving a motor vehicle knowing the same to have been stolen, in violation of the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2313 (1964). On the same date one Aristomenis Theodore, to whom defendant refers as his "co-defendant" was indicted on a similar charge.
