Mouldings, Inc. ("Mouldings" or "plaintiff") filed this civil action against Ernest E. Potter ("Potter"), Wallace Summers ("Summers"), Floyd Martin ("Martin"), and Blue Line Corporation. Jurisdiction is based upon diversity of citizenship, Mouldings being an Oregon corporation having its principal office at Marion, Virginia, the three individual defendants all being residents of Sumter County, Georgia and the defendant Blue...
