This is an appeal by defendant from the Order entered March 14, 1968, dismissing his petition for postconviction relief, after his conviction of murder.

Defendant was indicted on a bill of indictment charging murder and voluntary manslaughter of Jack William Allison. While represented by counsel, he pleaded guilty to murder, and after a hearing by a Court en banc, defendant was adjudged guilty of murder in...
