OPINION BY MR. CHIEF JUSTICE BELL, October 9, 1969:

This is an appeal from the Decree of the Orphans' Court of Fulton County, dismissing appellant's exceptions to the auditor's report and approving the schedule of distribution.

Testatrix Lena B. McClain died February 25, 1964, in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. A typewritten will (apparently drawn and written by testatrix), dated February 11, 1961, was duly probated....
