McWILLIAMS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The Chertkofs1 have appealed from the decree of the chancellor, Cullen, J., dated 21 October 1968, dismissing their bill for the specific performance of what they insist is a contract with the Railroad2 for the purchase of a parcel of its real estate. We shall affirm Judge Cullen's disposition of the dispute.
