DIMOND, Justice.

Appellee was employed as an electrical lineman by City Electric, Inc., which had contracted to construct power distribution lines for appellant, an electric utility company. A City Electric crew, of which appellee was a member, was transferring an electric tap line (a line running from the main line which distributes power to consumers) from the old pole of the old main distribution line to a new pole of the new main distribution...
