Appellants Harrigan E. Wortsmith and Catherine Wortsmith are the owners of Lot 28, Block 52, Lakewood Addition to the City of North Little Rock. They brought this action against appellee, The Matthews Company, to enjoin a 1968 replat of Lots 9 through 12 of said Block allegedly for the violation of the restrictive covenants contained in a bill of assurance dated February 2, 1965.
