MASTERSON, District Judge.

Defendant, Heinsheimer Dental Supplies, Inc. (hereafter Heinsheimer) has moved that the non-federal causes of action alleging tortious interference with the plaintiff's customer relationships, libel and slander be dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
