The plaintiff Mrs. Florabelle C. Middlebrooks is the widow of J. Logan Bloodworth and has remarried. The other plaintiffs are their children.

Defendants are G. Albert Bloodworth and G. Ernest Bloodworth, brothers of the deceased J. Logan Bloodworth who are sued individually and as executors and trustees...
