The plaintiff brought this action under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to obtain judicial review of that part of the final decision of the defendant which held the plaintiff ineligible to receive payment of monthly disability insurance benefits under 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423(c) (2)1 for the months prior to September 1965...
