Appellant appeals a finding of the Full Industrial Board of Indiana that injuries suffered by her as a result of an automobile accident did not "arise out of and in the course of her employment" as required by the Indiana Workmen's Compensation Act of 1929 under which the action was brought.

The sole issue presented to this court is whether or not the Board's finding that the injuries did not arise out of and in the course of employment was erroneous...
