This was a declaratory judgment action brought in 48th District Court by the insurance company against Cecil E. Watkins, Yvonne Cole and Guy Ray Brown. The insurance company had previously issued a liability policy to defendant, Cecil E. Watkins. The policy was in force on March 20, 1968, at the time a car being driven by defendant Yvonne Cole, Collided with a car occupied and driven by defendant, Guy Ray Brown. On August 19, 1968...
