This is a divorce action in which Dorothy Stewart, the wife and appellee, was awarded a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the appellant and husband, Clark Stewart, by a decree filed December 16, 1968. Her original bill of complaint prayed for divorce a mensa et thoro. That bill was filed on July 13, 1966, after the separation of the parties on July 3, 1966.
