MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The defendant Mr. Jenkins was indicted on a charge of possessing in the jurisdiction of this Court certain materials and apparatus, intended for use in violating the federal internal revenue laws. 26 U.S.C. § 5686(a).
