This action was brought for the benefit of plaintiff and his wife, as statutory beneficiaries, to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of their fifteen-year-old daughter Susan. Death resulted from injuries sustained when the automobile in which she was riding as a guest passenger overturned. The automobile was owned by the defendant, Robert V.
