OPINION

ONION, Judge.

The offense is destroying property belonging to another (Article 1350, § 1(a) Vernon's Ann.P.C.); the punishment assessed by the jury, three years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections, probated.

Article 1350, § 1(a), supra, reads as follows:

"It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully injure or destroy, or attempt to injure or destroy, any property belonging to another, of any kind whatsoever...
