SNEAD, Justice.

Glen D. Blevins, defendant, was tried on an indictment charging him with the murder of Greer F. Holyfield. The jury found Blevins guilty of murder in the second degree and fixed his punishment at confinement in the State Penitentiary for a period of twenty years. Motions for a mistrial and a new trial and to set aside the verdict were overruled. By judgment order entered July 28, 1967, the defendant was sentenced in accordance with the jury verdict...
